Dear Pilates community, please join Body & Mind Pilates Training Studio to raise funds for UNICEF to support Children in Ukraine. Inspired by the photos and stories of Pilates practitioners who have fled their home, lives or studios, we are asking our community to unite in support of people of Ukraine.
